Delivery information & charges
There is a fixed delivery charge of £3.75
on all orders under £50, regardless of number of items.
Any orders over £50 will not incur a delivery charge.
UK orders will arrive within 5 days from placement of order(s).
All orders are sent via Royal Mail services. Please note
that all orders received over the weekend will be dispatched
on next working day. Please note, some orders may require
signature on receipt.
Prices do not include charges for delivery, which are quoted
apart.
Should you require a refund, please note delivery will have
to be paid to send the goods and previous delivery charges
will not be refunded.
Exchange and Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we
will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange within
7 days after your purchase. Simply send the item back to us
in its original condition and the packaging you received the
item in, informing us whether you require a refund or exchange.
Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all
correspondence.
Please note that we cannot refund any delivery charges which
were included with your transaction on the website and cannot
refund any costs incurred in returning the goods back to us.
How do customers return damaged goods? If
you receive goods that are damaged due to delivery, please sign
with stating "the goods were damaged" and contact
our customer services straight away.
Please note that we have taken great care to ensure the goods
are of the highest quality and durable for the purpose. However
the goods will not be considered faulty or damaged through
inappropriate use.
Most of the upper of shoes are handmade and consist of diamantes,
rhinestones and sequince beadings which may loosen or fall
apart over time and considered wear and tear. This is just
a characteristic of a handmade product and not a manufacture
fault, therefore we have no further liability if the diamantes,
rhinestones or sequinces come adrift
